Accused Miley Cyrus Stalker Scheduled in Court

A 53-year-old man charged with attempting to stalk Miley Cyrus is scheduled to head back to court on Tybee Island, where the teen superstar just finished shooting a movie on the Georgia coast.
Mark McLeod is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon. He's being held at the Chatham County jail on misdemeanor charges of attempted stalking, disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer.
When Fans Go Too Far

Tyra Banks took the stand against alleged stalker Brady Green, who was found guilty of stalking Tyra from coast to coast, sending her flowers and trying to call her. He was arrested inside of the building where her TV show tapes.

A woman named Dawne Wilson was arrested outside of Tyler Perry's production studios in Atlanta. Wilson allegedly has a "long history" of stalking Perry and he considers her "very dangerous," TMZ is reporting.
