There's not much you can do about genes and if you're Joan Rivers' daughter you already have a number of points against you. But, unfortunately, Melissa Rivers hasn't even tried to rise above her blood line. Here she sports a very S&M looking number that has no business in public, let alone on a red carpet. Maybe it was an elaborate joke. Somehow, we doubt it.
