Toronto-based celebrity site, Shovine, did a survey of the best and worst celebrity signers at the Toronto International Film Festival this year. While Benicio Del Toro, Viggo Mortensen and Kate Beckinsale were all too willing to oblige their fans, the following stars spent the fest ignoring the people that put food on their table.

Shovine called this entry its "biggest surprise," considering Paris is known for working her fans and the press like no other. Maybe it was because her documentary, Paris, Not France, was not garnering much press. She later cancelled all press screenings but one to garner that buzz, which never really came. |
