She states in the claim: "All my husband's properties, monies and assets must be transferred to me immediately.

"My husband's body must be returned to the coroner's body or the mortuary immediately (sic)." In another part of her claim, Nona states: "Though he died to this earth, he lives with my father, Satan the Devil Khalid Lucifer."

Known as the King of Pop, Jackson began his life as a child sensation who blossomed into one of the greatest pop stars of all time.

Motown Records signed the Jackson 5 in the late '60s. Michael was the lead singer, backed up by his brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon.

Michael then morphed into a highly successful recording artist, making his first solo album in 1972. It wasn't until 1979's 'Off the Wall' that he truly broke himself off from his brothers.

Jackson appears in the 1982 music video for 'Thriller,' one of the best-selling albums of all time with at least 27 million copies sold worldwide.

Over the course of his storied career, Jackson won 13 Grammy awards -- eight of them for 'Thriller' alone.

His stage presence captured the hearts of millions -- including his signature "moonwalk" dance which he unveiled in 1983 while performing 'Billie Jean.' At 50 years old, he was attempting to make a comeback with several dates scheduled in London.

Jackson's successes were also marred by personal strife and controversy. In later years, the singer was twice accused of molesting children. In the first, he settled out of court with the accuser, and in the second he was found not guilty.

A Los Angles judge has refused her request.

Following Michael's death from a suspected cardiac arrest last week, Nona posted a message online, saying: "I have become a widow, I have paid ultimately for loving Michael Jackson but it is all I have to give him, the gift of eternity. He had to be loved even once in this lifetime and I have done that. I too can die in peace some day."

Last year, Nona filed for a restraining order against Michael's ex-wife Debbie Rowe, saying she made it hard to concentrate when she attended award shows with the star.

She also claimed to be the real mother of Jackson's three children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, seven.

Nona - full name Nona Paris Lola Ankhesenamun Jackson - has previously made claims about Jackson in court in 2006 and again in 2007, although none had sufficient evidence to back them up.

Speaking last year, another judge said: "I feel her evidence fails to establish any genetic relationship."
